Recording a Zoom Phone call
At times, it might be necessary to record a call. For example, it might be an important business call from your mobile and you aren’t able to take notes, or you might work in an industry that has compliance regulations that all calls need to be recorded. Whatever the reason, this can be done using Zoom Phone’s call recording feature.
How to do it…
Make a phone call with Zoom Phone. Once connected, the call options window will appear. Click the Record icon to begin recording the call. A message will be played, informing all participants in the call that the call is being recorded: “This call is being recorded. Please press 1 to provide your consent to be recorded.”

After the call has been completed, you will be able to listen to any recorded call from your History tab by clicking Play Recording. Any call that has been recorded will have a record icon...
