Conventions used
There are a number of text conventions used throughout this book.
Code in text
: Indicates code words in text, database table names, folder names, filenames, file extensions, pathnames, dummy URLs, user input, and Twitter handles. Here is an example: “The automated synchronization of this Order record from B2C on placement and the creation of the corresponding OrderSummary
record is one of the biggest differentiators for Salesforce OM.”
A block of code is set as follows:
POST https://{subdomain}.rest.marketingcloudapis.com/contacts/v1/contacts/actions/delete?type=keys { "Values": ["Key1", "Key2"], "DeleteOperationType": "ContactAndAttributes" }
Bold: Indicates a new term, an important word, or words that you see onscreen. For instance, words in menus or dialog boxes appear in bold. Here is an example:"The Filter Logic section describes how those fields are combined."
