Team artifacts

There are several key artifacts that we wanted to make sure we didn’t overlook. You may have others that you regularly incorporate into your teams as well; just keep in mind the Agile Manifesto Value in that we find Working Systems to be more important than Comprehensive Documentation.

Definition of Done

The Definition of Done (DoD) is the team’s checklist to ensure that the work can be considered complete. Team DoDs evolve over the life of the team and often with the maturity of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.

We encourage the team to regularly review the DoD (the Retrospective is a prime opportunity) and ensure that the DoD is accessible, visible, and used by the team for the stories they complete.

Pro tip
