Creating and Managing App Permission Policies
Microsoft Teams has introduced a major update to how administrators manage app permissions, shifting from the former bundled app permission policies to a more flexible and app-centric permission management approach. This new model allows for finer granularity in app management, enabling administrators to set permissions directly on a per-app basis rather than through broad policy categories.
Under the new app-centric management system, administrators can assign app permissions individually for each app, selecting from options that include making an app available to everyone in the organization, specific users or groups, or no one at all.
