Why do we need Zero Trust?
The Covid-19 pandemic has been a game changer. The Covid-19 outbreak forced almost all companies to adopt remote working aggressively (whether they liked it or not) and that changed the threat landscape, such as the nature of attacks, types of attacks, frequency, and exposure. Few companies thought they would expose only some of their sensitive digital estates beyond the firewall. This fast-phased transition to remote working has left many organizations struggling to implement the needed infrastructure and they have ended up with siloed architecture.
