Configuring compliance program notification in Microsoft System Center 2012 Service Manager

In this recipe, we will configure e-mail notifications for the people responsible for the compliance program. This offers a consistent and fast way to inform the concerned person or group regarding compliance-program-related issues logged in SCSM 2012.

Getting ready

The following steps need to be completed before starting this recipe:

• Complete the planning recipe in this chapter.

• The user or group that should be notified needs to be created in CDMB in SCSM 2012.
