Identifying themes
When we look at our feedback, we want to categorize anything we can into a theme or process. By bucketing groups, you can see all expectations are of a particular feature. This is typically a joint exercise between product and technology. The goal is to align what we heard someone say to what that means from a business perspective. For reference, you can pull the identified process(es) that will be impacted from your internal stakeholder meeting and see if there are any correlations.
Let’s start by looking at our consumer feedback and putting it into themes. The left column is what we heard the End Consumer say. The column on the right is the theme we have identified that the comment relates to in terms of Delivery International’s new business model:
