Most of the work you'll do with Office 365 users will be in the Users | Active users section. There are other sections under Users: Contacts, Deleted users, and Guest users. But we'll skip those for now. They will be covered later, in other sections.

Active Users
Across the top of the page, we have the Add a user button, the More button, a drop-down that lets you choose from one of several out-of-the-box or custom views, and the user search box:
- The Add a user button is the primary way to onboard users. We'll talk about that process in more detail in just a bit.
