Summary

Congratulations—you have completed the hands-on activities and quizzes in this chapter! In the chapter, you learned about electronic circuits interfacing to a Freenove Projects kit Arduino Uno compatible using the M5Stack Core2. You learn how to electrically wire basic electronic circuits using a solderless breadboard. You learned how to build touch controller applications using the M5Stack Core2. Touch controls such as buttons, slide switches, and the slider UI were explored by building various controller devices. The controller devices investigated in this chapter were an inverting switch, a counter, a relay controller, and an LED dimmer controller. The unique aspect of the inverting switch was the introduction of a quad NAND gate IC. You learned how to create an inverter circuit by electrically wiring two inputs of a NAND gate.

Further, you learned how to use your coding skills and electronics knowledge to build a blanking control for a four-seven-segment LED display...
