If it isn't enough that introverts may be challenged by a plethora of interview questions, this statement indicates that the pressure to answer the questions, whether traditional or behavioral-based, is amplified if the candidate isn't prepared. Preparation is a word that I and other job-search experts throw around like a handful of pebbles, which isn't to say we're not serious.
