In this chapter, we covered a lot of ground – connecting applications and services in the Microsoft 365 platform to minimize repetitive work and automate a business process. Using Microsoft Forms, you were able to gather input from end users in a standardized format and use Power Automate to assign tasks and notify team members that they have items to complete. You can use Power Automate actions to notify members in channels or instant messages to draw attention to required actions.

You also learned how to test an end-to-end solution and verify that it works.
