Using a Moodle-based LMS
One of the most popular ways for organizations to host their learning content is to use a Moodle-based system. Moodle is an open and free software system designed to host interactive learning content such as the ones produced by Camtasia Studio and other authoring software. Briefly, the advantage of using a Moodle-based LMS is that Moodle is available as a free download. The disadvantage is that Moodle is more of a do-it-yourself approach—unless you pay someone to customize it for you, it may not be as flexible as you would like. Many education systems use Moodle and already have it set up for easy course upload and administration.
