Summary
In this chapter, we discussed various aspects of security strategies, the impact of organizational structure on security, record retention procedures, and other aspects of security. We learned how centralized and decentralized security functions impact the overall security posture of the organization. We also looked at how to increase the effectiveness of security training. This will help CISM aspirants understand different aspects of organizational structure.
