Conducting an anonymous employee engagement survey
Employee engagement surveys are often collected anonymously to allow employees to express themselves more freely. In Chapter 3, Creating a Survey with Microsoft Forms, we discussed how you can use Microsoft Forms to collect anonymous employee feedback. Customer Voice supports the collection of feedback that excludes personal identifiable information while capturing some general information about the employee. It is often necessary to group the feedback so that you can create a report that compares feedback across different groups, such as by department or location.
