Working with Sticky Notes and Quick Notes
Most of us have grabbed a paper sticky note or two so that we could quickly jot down something we didn't want to forget. Sticky notes are not just on paper, they are found on most of our digital devices as well. So, it's nice that OneNote has included this type of feature and it integrates so seamlessly with other digital note applications.
Understanding Sticky Notes in OneNote
Let's use digital style sticky notes whenever we need to make a quick note. There are several places where you can find an application for notes on your devices. Here are a few examples:
- The Notes app on your smartphone or tablet (specifically referring to the Notes app on iPhone or Samsung smartphones).
- The Notes application within Outlook. This application fully integrates with OneNote. If you add Quick Note in OneNote, this note is visible in the Notes area within Outlook and vice versa.
