Summary
In this chapter, we learned how to bring it all together to take action in the transformation using actionable steps: the shared mental models of TiSH and JIM. We learned how to put these models into action, taking two different approaches to healthcare into consideration. The first approach is the fixing of a health issue, and the second one focuses on alternative solutions that lead to a different lifestyle and health condition.
We learned how TEC teams fulfill a key role in the transformation by architecting, designing, and implementing solutions. They form the bridge between all relevant stakeholders in the transformation process: connecting technology with care and other disciplines such as resource management and connecting various teams and organizations as part of micro-communities.
