Introducing Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)

Created by Craig Larman and Bas Vodde, the LeSS framework is all about implementing Agile and Scrum practices at scale. The core concept behind LeSS is that scaled Scrum is still Scrum. In this context, Larman and Vodde describe LeSS as "Scrum applied to many teams working together on one product" (Large-Scale Scrum: More with LeSS, Larman and Vodde, 2017).

LeSS can help organizations to deal with development complexities at scale while still maintaining the simplicity of Scrum with minimal changes to the original framework. On the other hand, within the LeSS frameworks, LeSS encourages organizations and teams to adapt practices and structures to support their unique needs.
