Introducing connectors

Connectors are stored in Exchange, which is an online catalog that stores all the reusable assets, such as APIs, connectors, templates, and examples. To learn more about Exchange, refer to Chapter 5, All about Anypoint Platform.

Connectors are divided into the following four categories:

Select: There are 170 connectors available in Mule 3 and Mule 4 under this category. MuleSoft provides standard support for these types of connectors. They are available to anyone who has a subscription to Anypoint Platform. Some examples are Salesforce Connector and Workday Connector.
Premium: There are 35 connectors available in Mule 3 and Mule 4 under this category. MuleSoft provides standard support for these types of connectors. They are available to licensed users only. Some examples are AS2 Connector and SAP Connector.
MuleSoft-Certified: There are 73 connectors available in Mule 3 and Mule 4 under this category. These types of connectors are developed...
