Adding apps to CAS is only part of the process. Typically, you will need to configure some aspects of the app's administration as well. If everything seems okay in CAS, chances are your errors are being authenticated for the app in question or something went awry in your configuration steps. Just check docs.microsoft.com and go through their step-by-step instructions for the specific app you're working on to make sure it's been configured and authenticated appropriately.
