In this chapter, we showed you how to run GitLab Runners in containers. First, we looked at a quick way to containerize an existing Runner. Then, we showed you how to use existing Docker images that are provided by GitLab itself. Afterward, we talked about a way to manage a greater amount of containers and how you can handle this more economically with Kubernetes.
In the next chapter, we will discuss another way to scale Runners: with autoscaling.
