Creating an organization and a standalone site
Each organization and user group can have a site, which consists of a group of public and private pages organized into a tree-like structure. Public pages are pages accessible by anyone who has a link to the site. Private pages are pages that can only be accessed by logged-in users, who are members of the organization, user group, or standalone site. It is also possible to create a standalone site that is not assigned to any organization or user group. Standalone sites can additionally form a structure of sites, similar to the organization structure described in the previous chapter (for example, there can be a top-level site that has subsites). Organization sites are often created to store and present content and provide tools for users from a specific department or localization of the company.
