As Azure Storage will be the backbone of many of your services, proper security management and ensuring that you follow all the best practices will be crucial for your workload's safety. In this section, we will cover additional security features for Azure Storage so that you can learn what should be verified or turned on before going into production with your infrastructure.
To perform this exercise, you will need a Storage account. You can use Azure PowerShell, the Azure portal, or the Azure CLI for that, depending on your expertise and what you are used to. If you want to learn what commands should you use, refer to the previous sections of this chapter.
