System Overview
Keap is a CRM, also known as Contact Relationship Management software. Basically, what that means is that it allows every person you come into contact with, whether they are a lead, buyer, affiliate, or something else, to be funneled into your CRM. By pulling every relationship into your hub you can then direct the flow of communication back to those people and track every eventual outcome.
The power of Keap’s automation allows you to trigger when information should start or stop flowing, giving you the ability to create deeper conversations that are relevant and timely. Everything you do is logged in the contact record, giving you the documentation you need to manage employees or, should the need arise, to dispute chargebacks.
