Chapter 5: JWM Toolset: Summary, List, Timeline, and the Calendar

It has taken us a little while to get here, but now we get to view some of the new and wonderful tools that come with Jira Work Management (JWM) projects. We will look at these throughout this chapter and the next to give us ample time to see how each tool functions.

There was a lot of marketing by Atlassian surrounding JWM when it first rolled out, and they are continuing to do a great job with updates to the product by fixing any initial bugs and deploying additional enhancements to the features.

Now is the perfect time to try out the product if you haven't already. Refer to previous chapters to get your first project created and then add some issues, and as we progress through this chapter, see the real power by interacting with several or even all of the components we discuss.
