Summary

In this chapter, you learned how to implement Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies using Jira Software. We first spent some time understanding Agile concepts and then we understood how to use both boards in Jira along with their configurations.

In the next chapter, we'll discuss how to implement Jira Service Desk to take care of IT help desks and support desks. We'll see the various features and functionality of this application and how you can customize them to make it work for you as well.
