Summary
In this chapter, we learned how to obtain bidirectional real-time interaction using Galileo. We started to wire and control an LPD8806 LED strip from our board and progressively created a server to handle the requests and the real-time events. Together using the YouTube IFrame Player, we were able to coordinate animations from the Galileo while being controlled from a web page.
In the next chapter, we'll explore the IntelĀ® XDK IoT Edition development environment, and see how we can use it to create applications for IntelĀ® Galileo.
