Who will do it? The bosses!

If the organization is more efficient and successful, who will be the biggest beneficiary? The bosses. That is why we must focus on them.

Bosses refers to business leaders, senior management, CxOs, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), or whatever else you call them. For this discussion, we will refer to them as the SLT.

If you are one of them, congratulations! You must already understand the enormous power you have at your disposal.

If you are not a senior leader, you need to convince the SLT to initiate and drive the adoption of Microsoft 365.

Why not talk to IT or HR? The answer is obvious. Suppose you get three emails: one from IT, another from HR, and one more from your boss (or your boss's boss). Which one will you open first? Ha ha – you get the idea. Mail from your boss is the highest priority! So, why not use this universal truth to our advantage?

Conduct a small demo or session for your SLT to highlight the opportunity...
