Section 2: The IoT Backend (aka the IoT Cloud)
The objective of Section 2 is to help you deeply understand the IoT backend layer. That layer is very important and is considered as the backbone of any large-scale and production-grade IoT solution.
You will learn about the different software components and solutions that the IoT backend layer has, such as IoT device management, IoT data analytics, and IoT platforms, to mention a few of the things explained in this section. We will also cover the infrastructure part of the IoT backend layer, the public and private clouds, VMs and containers, and Kubernetes.
