As we embarked further on this global endeavor, we confronted a multitude of complex, highly customized processes. It’s worth re-emphasizing that each geographic region boasted its distinct data workflows, intricately intertwined with indicative business requirements.
In the era of a localized workforce, our approach truly thrived, rooted in our dedication to providing exceptional experiences for the local stakeholders. We were all about understanding those nuances that made our local business stakeholders succeed.
However, we hadn’t given much thought to the idea of globalization. So, we took steps to elevate some of the local data practices, selecting the most effective among them and adopting them on a broader scale as global practices.
