The content is fine, but there is too little of it. No mention of basic configuration of .ssh/config, like using Host or ControlMaster to make your life easier. No information on ssh-agent, troubleshooting issues or hardening on the client side.

Is the course complete? In the introduction, there is a mention of "SSH tunnels." However, this topic is not covered as part of the available segments. Additionally, the end of segment 4 hints that there are more segments to come, which doesn't appear to be the case. Given that the videos were recorded in 2015, my assumption is that the full course content should have been made available.

  1. Login to your account at Packtpub.com.
  2. Click on "My Account" and then click on the "My Videos" tab to access your videos.

All modern operating systems ship with ZIP file extraction built in. If you'd prefer to use a dedicated compression application, we've tested WinRAR / 7-Zip for Windows, Zipeg / iZip / UnRarX for Mac and 7-Zip / PeaZip for Linux. These applications support all extension files.
