Demand management
Demand management is responsible for realizing, maintaining, and improving the information and functional needs of an organization from a business perspective: clients and end users. This is called the demand side , as opposed to the supply side of an organization that is formed by IT operations, vendors, suppliers, and so on. Demands and wishes for new solutions to support the organization's goals and strategy
Issues and bugs of existing solutions
New rules and regulations that apply to the organization and need to be implemented
