Designing automation solutions with Cloud Studio

Just as with Desktop Studio, developing automation using SAP Intelligent RPA Cloud Studio is like building LEGO® structures. As shown in the following screenshot, you can create seven types of artifacts in Cloud Studio:

We will discuss each of these artifacts briefly, as follows:

1. Alert: You will recall our brief discussion of alerts and registrations in Chapter 2, An Overview of SAP Intelligent RPA Cloud Factory. Those alerts helped you send out email messages on predefined events related to desktop agents and distribution lists. Cloud Studio alerts enable you to define business events such as shipment_delayed or payments_overdue as alerts where your business stakeholders need to be notified.
