Azure Work Items
Unlike the previous two solutions, Azure Work Items are a subset of the functionality of a much larger overall DevOps solution – one targeting multiple platforms, not just Salesforce. Azure DevOps provides a large set of collaborative development tools, including Azure Boards, and the Azure Work Items contained therein, for work tracking. When we look specifically at the parallels with JIRA or Asana, then Azure Boards, with its Work Items feature, helps teams plan, track, and discuss work across the entire development cycle.
Work Items in Azure DevOps are a way to track tasks, bugs, features, and more. They can be organized into a hierarchy, so you can break down a large feature into manageable tasks and track progress at each level. You can visualize your work with Kanban boards, backlogs, custom dashboards, and reporting tools.
