Customizing for Common Business Needs

At this point, you should be comfortable recognizing and describing the capabilities of the various Salesforce products that make up a typical B2C solution architecture, especially the core B2C Commerce, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Engagement components. Building on that baseline product knowledge, you’ve created a team that can support you by providing in-depth product knowledge and an understanding of the larger enterprise architecture context.
