Learning more about the team structure

Every project needs a team. It goes without saying that a great person can make a difference, but a team can work miracles. To work that miracle, there has to be a highly functional team. For this use case, we will build a team that will be cross-functional and modular.

A list of roles within the team is set out here:

  • Project manager or Scrum master
  • SA
  • BA
  • Senior developer
  • Developer
  • Quality analyst

Now that we know what the team looks like, let’s set some roles and responsibilities for each role. The industry standard for formalizing the roles and responsibilities of a team is called the RACI matrix. RACI stands for responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed.
