Downloading a prezi on your device

Sometimes, you might find yourself in a place where your iPad or Smartphone does not have online access. Don't ever let that stop you from showing your beautiful prezis! All you have to do is download the prezis you need when you have online access. Once a prezi has been saved (downloaded) to your specific device, it is available even if you are offline.

How to do it…

It is easy to download a prezi to store it on your iPad or Smartphone:

  1. Open the Prezi app.
  2. Tap on On prezi.com at the top of the overview window to show all your prezis.
  3. Scroll down through your prezis to locate what you are looking for.
  4. Select your prezi by tapping its thumbnail.
  5. The prezi will now start downloading onto your device. This may take a couple of minutes, depending on your Internet connection.
  6. Once the prezi has finished loading, it opens in Present mode. Tap on the right side of the screen to go ahead with your presentation.
