Issues during the exam

If you experience any network connectivity issues during the exam, remain calm and wait for the exam to reconnect. The proctor chat window should be available if you have any questions or if you experience any technical difficulties. If you have any concerns toward the end of the exam, ensure that you contact the proctor via the chat window before ending the exam.
