Setting up Hyper-V

The Hyper-V role on Windows Server has been available since Server 2008 R2 and has evolved a lot since then. The release of Windows Server 2016 saw the release of important features such as shielded virtual machines and generation 2 virtual machines capable of using the trusted platform module.
