What is MyAnalytics?
If you are a Microsoft 365 user, you can access a personalized dashboard that provides information to help you boost your productivity and collaborate more effectively by logging in to your account at portal.office.com (Figure 3.2):

MyAnalytics is designed to help Microsoft 365 users learn how to optimize their time and gain insights about working hours, emails, meetings, and much more, as shown in Figure 3.3:

It is important to emphasize that, according to Microsoft, only you can view personal data insights based on your work patterns. MyAnalytics is designed to protect your privacy.
The goal is to provide metrics and evidence on how you spend your time on emails, meetings, tasks, documents, and other work across Microsoft 365 applications during the day.
