How to manage Microsoft Lists as an administrator
As a Global Administrator or SharePoint Administrator in your tenant, you are able to manage two general Microsoft Lists configuration settings. These are only configurable via PowerShell and not through the browser, and you will thus need to install the SharePoint Online Management Shell module for PowerShell, through which the corresponding commands are provided.
SharePoint Online Management Shell
The PowerShell commands in this section require the SharePoint Online Management Shell module, which is provided by Microsoft. It can easily be installed on a Windows computer, but to run the different cmdlets, you will require either SharePoint Administrator rights or Global Administrator rights in your Office 365 tenants.
