Chapter 7. Beyond the Basics: Editing for Even Better Sound
In previous chapters we learned the basics of cleaning up voice tracks and removing background noise, but there's a bunch more that we can do. Working with the audio tracks, we can make sounds appear more seamless, soften certain kinds of sounds, such as sibilants, clip and replace sounds, and even time shift, all of which are more advanced editing techniques. Let's take a look at the steps to use each of these techniques, in order to help with any future Audacity projects that you might start.
