Working with the File Submission Activity

When you created the Advanced IT Security course in Chapter 4, Creating Skills and Courses, you included a File Submission activity in the core content of the course. This activity lets learners upload an assignment to Adobe Learning Manager. This assignment must then be reviewed by a designated instructor who either approves or rejects it.

In this section, you will log in as Learner 01 and upload an assignment using the File Submission activity. Then, you will return to the Instructor role to review the submitted assignment.

Uploading an assignment as a Learner

Remember that in Chapter 7, Reviewing the Learner Experience, learners were unable to start the Advanced IT Security course (the Start button was disabled). In the previous section, by confirming that all learners have attended the live class, the instructor has in fact started the course for each of these learners.
