Introducing the licensing and pricing structure

Before we delve deeper into licensing considerations, let's first look at where all the licensing information is provided.

With every bi-annual major release of the platform's new features, a new licensing guide is provided by Microsoft. While licensing changes are not always major, you should review each new licensing guide and look at the nuances of each license presented every time.

It is not uncommon for the licensing guide to receive interim updates. In order to start with the most recent update, you should begin from the Power Virtual Agents pricing page, available at https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/.

You can choose the respective currency for your country and see the respective price for the Power Virtual Agents plan...
