Creating, deleting, and renaming libraries
Libraries are a great way to both collaborate with other users and manage your reusable content. To avoid getting things in a mess, though, you will no doubt want to organize your assets across multiple libraries. There are a variety of different reasons why you might want more than one library, as follows:
- You want to separate your libraries based on different clients or projects
- You want to collaborate with different groups of colleagues in different libraries
- You want to use different libraries to store different types of assets
- You want to use libraries to keep track of different versions of your assets
In this recipe, we will look at creating new CC Libraries within InDesign, as well as how to rename your libraries and delete any libraries that are no longer needed.
