Creating a roadmap

Creating a roadmap for digital transformation involves a series of structured steps, as indicated in Figure 10.2. It requires the involvement of various stakeholders from across the organization. This process is essential to ensure the transformation successfully addresses three key areas: people/culture, processes, and technology (which includes products, tools, and infrastructure elements).
