Chapter 7. Platformer Revisited, a 2D Shooter
We're now ready to start our final game, a side-scrolling shooter game in the vein of classics such as Contra or Metal Slug. In making this game, we'll learn how to handle multiple players, how to use Construct Classic's shadow engine, and how to create enemies that shoot at the players. This will build upon all the skills we learned in our very first game of this book.
