Create the solution blueprint
By this point, we should know everything that is required to put together the solution blueprint. We know the requirements; we should know most of the processes that will need to be modified. Further fit/gap analysis will need to be executed during the implementation phase of the project so that the analyst can communicate to the developer and the SA what will need to be modified or created, in order for the system to work the way the client wants it to.
We need to understand exactly what the solution blueprint is and how it should be structured, and also what information it should contain.
