At this point, you have developed:
An audience analysis to tells you who needs to be trained
The learning objectives, which consist mostly of tasks the students must master
One or more measurable criteria for success for each learning objective
A business scenario that will give your clients a realistic experience in the classroom
A short description of an exercise for each learning objective that will teach that objective; one exercise may be used to teach several closely related objectives
An electronic slide show for each exercise that includes many or all of the suggested slides; each slide show/exercise combination is now called a unit or chapter
A detailed in-class exercise for each unit, that gives the students practice with one or more tasks being learned in that unit
A demo for each unit with detailed directions for the instructor
Speaking points for each demo
