How to do it…
- Go to your Zoom portal from any browser: https://zoom.us/account.
- Sign in to the portal with your Zoom credentials.

- Navigate to the Phone tab on the left navigation bar and click it. Then, navigate to Settings on the top tab. Both will be highlighted in blue.

- Scroll down until you see Call Handling.
- In this section of the admin portal, you can control all call-handling features of your Zoom Phone.
