Time for action—how to create a vector-based QR code for print production
You don't need a degree in design or expensive software to produce a fancy-looking QR code that will point your visitors to your site. All you really need is about five minutes and a link. Here's how you do it:
1. Log on to http://keremerkan.net/qr-code-and-2d-code-generator/.
2. Select the Browse to a Website for the Select a Code Action drop-down selection.
3. Enter the web address you want to promote in the Web Site URL text field.
4. Select None for the URL Shortening drop-down selection; select Low for the Error Correction Level drop-down selection; select 10 for the Block Size in Pixels drop-down selection; select 1 for the Margin Size in Blocks drop-down selection, and select Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) for the Output Type drop-down selection, as shown in the screenshot:
